Bryan O’Neill , PT, DPT, OCS

Education: Bryan graduated from Southern Connecticut State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science and Human Performance. He received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from UCONN in 2011.

Clinical Interests: Bryan became a Board Certified Orthopedic Specialist in June 2014. He enjoys treating patients of all ages and diagnoses, and takes particular interest in manual therapy and sports related injuries. Bryan is also a Trigger Point Dry Needling certified clinician, used in the treatment of trigger points that are the root of pain and limiting range of motion.

Fun Facts: When Bryan is not in the office, he enjoys hiking and kayaking. He also enjoys spending time with his family and friends. His favorite foods: baked goods.


Joshua McAdams , PT, DPT

Education: Josh received his Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences in 2013 and his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2016 from the University of Hartford. He also completed Sacred Heart University’s Orthopedic Residency Program. Josh has taken additional courses on movement system impairments, looking at assessment techniques of the hip, pelvic, and lumbar region.

Clinical Interests: Josh is planning to become a Board Certified Orthopedic Specialist in the near future. He is also planning to become certified in the Graston Technique and advance his knowledge for management of general musculoskeletal pathologies.

Fun Facts: When he isn’t working, Josh enjoys spending time with his family. He is also an avid sports fan, especially the New York Rangers, but also really like baseball and football.
