Travis Lytle

Travis Lytle, MSPT

Travis received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Allied Health Science from Gettysburg College in 1994. He also received a degree from Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis with a Master's Degree of Science in Physical Therapy in 1996.

Travis started his career in the outpatient department at Massachusetts's General Hospital in Boston before moving back to Connecticut and working for HealthSouth. He joined PTSMC in February 2006 and opened the Avon office the same month. Travis' background from Washington University has a strong emphasis on musculoskeletal dysfunctions and imbalances however over time; he has gained extensive knowledge and expertise in Cyriax, McKenzie and Mulligan manual treatment techniques. Travis is trained to treat all ages of an orthopedic population from head to toe and particularly enjoys treating sports related injuries with an emphasis on shoulder, spine and knee disorders.

Emily White

Emily White, MSPT, DPT, CSCS

Emily received her combined Bachelor's & Master's Degree of Science in Physical Therapy in 2002 from Russell Sage College in Troy, NY. In 2004 she also became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. She pursued her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2005 through an online program with The Sage Colleges.

Since graduating in 2002, she has worked in an outpatient physical therapy setting and in May 2007, she joined PTSMC in Avon. Emily has had extensive education in the McKenzie method of mechanical diagnosis and treatment of the spine.
