Scott Cameron, PT, MS, OCS, TPI CGFI

Scott Cameron, PT, MS, OCS, TPI CGFI

Education: Scott Cameron graduated from Quinnipiac College in 1998 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy. In 2007 he completed his advanced Master's in Orthopedic and Sports Physical Therapy also from Quinnipiac University. Currently, he is pursuing a Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy at Texas Tech University as well as an advanced certification in Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy through the International Academy of Orthopedic Medicine. Scott joined PTSMC in March 2003 as a partner.  In June 2013, he became a Board Certified Specialist in Orthopedics. 

Clinical Interests: In 2010, he became certified in the Graston Technique for management of soft tissue injuries. In 2011, he became certified through the Titleist Performance Institute as a golf fitness instructor. Scott has also served as an Adjunct Professor at Quinnipiac University with the Physical Therapy Department.

 
Kristina Lipeika, PT, MPT

Kristina Lipeika, PT, MPT

Education:  Kristina received her Bachelor’s degree in Health and Science studies in 2006, and her Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from Quinnipiac University in 2008.  She joined PTSMC in May 2008, and became the Assistant Director in the Westbrook office in 2013.

Clinical Interests:  Kristina is certified in the Graston Technique for management of soft tissue injures.  She is also trained in biomechanical foot assessment and orthotic management.  Some of her clinical interests include treatment of running and sports-related injuries, and balance and vestibular rehabilitation.  She possesses a strong focus on providing optimal care to her patients. 

Fun Facts:  An avid runner, Kristina enjoys running in full and half marathons, and Ragnar Relays.  She is also a huge Boston Red Sox fan!

 
Joe Allen, PT, DPT

Joe Allen, PT, DPT

Education:  Joe Allen graduated from the University of Connecticut with a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Sport in 2006.  He received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree in 2009 from Sacred Heart University.  Joe also completed his Orthopaedic Physical Therapy Residency Program from Sacred Heart University in 2011.  Joe joined PTSMC in August 2011.   

Clinical Interests:  Joe became certified in the Graston Technique for management of soft tissue injuries.  In February 2013, Joe will take his exam to become a board certified specialist in Orthopedic Physical Therapy.  Some of Joe's clinical interests include: manual therapy, post-surgical, chronic pain, and athletic injuries.  He is also interested in clinical education, and enjoys teaching. 

Fun Facts:  Joe loves sports.  His favorite teams are the the NY Mets, Rangers, and Giants.  He enjoys coaching youth basketball, and running community road races.  In the future Joe will attempt to learn the fine game of golf.

 
Josie Parker, PT, MS

Josie Parker, PT, MS

Education:  Josie received her Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy in 1986 from the University of Connecticut and a Master of Science degree in Exercise Science in 1991 from Southern Connecticut State University.  Currently, she is pursuing her Doctorate of Orthopedic Physical Therapy.  Josie joined PTSMC in March 2011. 

Clinical Interests:  In 2012, Josie completed her certification in the Graston Technique for management of soft tissue injuries. She has 25 years of experience in orthopedic and sports medicine and enjoys working with prenatal and post partum patients.  She is a member of the Connecticut Physical Therapy Association, the American Physical Therapy Association, and the Orthopedic Section of the APTA.

Fun Facts:  Some of Josie's hobbies include skiing, swimming, boating, scuba diving, and spending time with her family.

 
Jodi Ouellette, ATC/L

Jodi Ouellette, ATC/L

Education:  Jodi graduated from Northeastern University in 2000 with a Degree in Athletic Training. She completed her Master’s in Art in Secondary Education from Fairfield University in 2002. She joined PTSMC in September of 2009, and manages the athletes at Westbrook High School.
